Eligibility for Refunds
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All tags and protective coverings must remain intact
- Personalized or custom-made earrings are not eligible for refund
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Earrings with broken or missing stones/crystals
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Discounted or clearance items marked "Final Sale"
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the original invoice or proof of purchase
- Ship the item to our return address (provided upon request)
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees for international returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
