Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must remain intact
  • Personalized or custom-made earrings are not eligible for refund

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Earrings with broken or missing stones/crystals
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Discounted or clearance items marked "Final Sale"

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the original invoice or proof of purchase
  4. Ship the item to our return address (provided upon request)

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

International Returns
